IDRE are working closely with a London based investor to source and AM multi-let industrial assets with the following criteria:

• £10m + (sweet spot £15-25m)

• Multi-let industrial

• Regional Assets

• AM angles (not just natural rental growth)

• Targeting 12% + IRR

• Would look at a portfolio of smaller assets.
