We cover all commercial sectors including industrial, offices, retail and residential, throughout the UK, providing institutional level service and director contact on every deal, irrespective of size.

Sustainability
Sustainability is core to our structure and belief, the world we live in is warming at an alarming rate and we are likely to breach the 1.5 degree target set by the Paris Agreement by 2027. Real Estate is responsible for about 40% of global emissions and we are on a mission to deliver buildings for investors that embrace; circular construction techinques, reduced use of embodied carbon, energy efficiencient technologies, whilst improving internal and external air quality, engaging with local communities and being open and transparent with our learned experiences.

Jonathan Brown
Head of Investment
Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years’ experience acquiring, analysing , asset managing and disposing of property.
Formerly Acquisitions and Investment Director at MCR Property Group, he was tasked with building a multi-let value-add industrial portfolio where he was successful in acquiring and implementing strategic asset management initiatives to reposition the assets within the local markets.

Bridlington Industrial Estate
Lola House, Huntingdon
Industrial Development in Ellesmere Port
Jonathan also has previous investment agency and investment and development analysis experience at LSH, RBS, Capita, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ transacting across asset classes including offices, industrial, retail and leisure.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography, a MSc in Real Estate Management.
Outside of work Jonathan is keen on his sports and like to play padel, tennis, football has been known to run the odd half marathon and still plays the occasional rugby game for the North West Property Rugby team.

Ian Murray
Head of Asset Managment
Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 19 years of commercial experience with demonstrated success for a range of clients through intensive, hands-on strategic asset management.
Formerly Director and Head of Manchester Office of Canmoor, Ian started his career as an Investment and Asset Management Surveyor at Riddell tps.
In his career he has looked after over 5 million sq.ft of commercial properties including assets in key areas of Trafford Park, Heywood Distribution Park, Wakefield, Leeds, Warrington, Newcastle, Liverpool and Edinburgh.
His key strengths across all assets classes are in;

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management.
Outside of work, Ian is kept busy by his young family and enjoys playing sports and exploring the outdoors in his free time.
